My professional approach
Economic development loses much of its meaning when its benefits fail to reach people. A country can report growth while too many citizens still lack genuine opportunities. That is why progress must also be viewed through housing, healthcare, education, mobility and economic security.
I explore how productive activity and individual freedom can coexist with effective public services, transparent institutions and protection for people experiencing hardship. Neither private enterprise nor public administration should be assessed solely by its stated intentions: tangible outcomes matter.
I believe a prosperous economy should enable people to live with dignity without leaving anyone behind because of age, background or circumstance. Growth and humanity should reinforce each other.
My purpose is to bring economic expertise together with an essential question: how can this knowledge contribute to a more prosperous, freer and more humane society?
